Deepen your practice with our series and workshops. Whether you want to learn the basics from the ground up or explore special topics in yoga, mindfulness, and spirituality, you’ll find something to suit your needs.
Series run for three to thirteen weeks. Most of our offerings are open series, which means you'll get a special rate when you sign up for the whole series, but you can drop in at a fixed price if that suits your schedule better.
We are currently offering a limited schedule of outdoor classes in Carrboro. For your safety and that of our instructors, we are targeting late fall for reopening indoor classes.
