Our Pilates mat classes help you build a strong core and better posture in a seriously fun environment. With and without Pilates props (balls, bands, blocks, and Magic Circles), you’ll work your core and hips from every angle. Expect plank, bridge, V-sits, and other challenging but modifiable moves. You’ll leave class feeling happily fatigued, longer, and more toned.

All ages, all levels welcome—our sweet group of regulars ranges in age from 13 to over 60.

Staff

Our Monday class is taught by Alexandra DeSiato; our Thursday class is taught by Lorie Mody.
