Embody restorative waves of movement in a lunar, fluid, open-level Prana Vinyasa yoga practice with Carson Efird in preparation to marinate in the healing sound waves of voice and singing bowls during an elongated savasana with special guest teacher Odeya Nini from Los Angeles. Release internal obstacles and open the energetic rivers of your permeable being as sound waves wash over and through you sweeping you clean of physical, mental, and emotional dissonance. The voice bath is a total sound immersion in the healing power of the human voice. Open your body, heart, and mind as you lie down and journey in meditation to the healing sound waves of changing vibration, dynamic tone, melody, emotion, and the powerful resonance of the voice. The voice will be accompanied by the celestial drones of Himalayan singing bowls.
Odeya Nini is a Los Angeles–based yoga instructor, experimental vocalist, composer, and mover. With nine years of yoga teaching experience, she has finally united her two worlds of music and yoga in this unique experience of a voice bath. Her music spans orchestral pieces to solo vocal composition and sound installations. As a soloist her voice has been heard from Los Angeles to Odessa, Madagascar, Mongolia, and Vietnam.
