All the knowledge and experience you’ve gained in your vinyasa and intermediate classes will come in handy in this, our most advanced hatha yoga practice. This is an intensive two hours of practice to effectively reach more of the level 2 and 3 poses. Class is organized communally, facing one another, as Mira practices along with the group while offering instruction, guidance, and the occasional assist. Partner work will also be explored. This class is recommended for students who have a strong and regular practice and who are relatively fluent in biomechanic principles so as to maintain safety within challenging postures.
