Yoga 101 is designed to teach you the basics of yoga in a small-group setting with plenty of explanation. Perfect for those new to yoga or wanting a refresher, Yoga 101 is run as a closed series, meaning you’ll register for the entire set of classes, so that we can all be on the same page. These series usually fill a few weeks ahead, so sign up early!
We offer Yoga 102 for those ready to go one step deeper. Yoga 102 is an open series; while we encourage you to join for all six weeks, you are welcome to drop in to any single class for $15.
