Our studio co-owner, Sage Rountree, is the leading authority on yoga for athletes and author of seven books on the subject, all available at the studio. Sage leads a popular Yoga for Athletes class on Monday evenings at 6 p.m., also available for streaming online anytime at YogaVibes.
Several of our staff members, including Alexandra DeSiato, Leslie Morgan, Laura Nickerson, Jenni Tarma, and Laura Terry have studied extensively with Sage both for teacher training and for specialization in athletes’ needs.
