WHAT: Yin Yoga and Aromatherapy

This special yin yoga class will be inspired by fall and the transition that trees undergo as they drop their leaves to reveal their beautiful form in time for winter. The basic principles of Yin yoga will guide our practice and we will hold poses from 2-5 minutes, allowing time for each pose to penetrate deep into the connective tissue while cultivating mindfulness amidst the smells of therapeutic-quality essential oils.
The relaxing effects of yin yoga with the addition of aromatherapy will help bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance and leave you feeling relaxed and nurtured from within. This special 90 minute class is designed to engage your senses and help you to find inner calm during what can often be a hectic time of year.
